Designed pages do not have a Document shortcut menu.
When using a designed Reader page, users with the ADMIN, CONTENT_PUBLISHER, KHUB_ADMIN, or PORTAL_ADMIN role can display the Document shortcut menu by selecting Activate admin reader in the Administration drop-down menu.
Activating this option switches a designed Reader page to a classic Reader page.
To switch back to the designed Reader page, select Deactivate in the banner at the bottom of the screen, or in the Administration drop-down menu.
The Admin tools component can also offer access to administrator features, formerly only available in the Document shortcut menu. These features include the ability to delete a publication, or to see a publication or topic's metadata.
