Adding facets to a chatbot allows users to fine tune the chatbot's answer and increase relevance. For example, by selecting a target audience, a target version, or a target product.

To add facets to a chatbot, proceed as follows:

  1. Add a Search block component to the canvas.
  2. Add a Chatbot component inside the Search block.
  3. Select a Chatbot AI profile.
  4. Select the Use search context if available option.

    This step is particularly important. If this option remains unchecked, search filters do not apply.
