Adding facets to a chatbot allows users to fine tune the chatbot's answer and increase relevance. For example, by selecting a target audience, a target version, or a target product.
To add facets to a chatbot, proceed as follows:
- Add a Search block component to the canvas.
- Add a Chatbot component inside the Search block.
- Select a Chatbot AI profile.

Select the Use search context if available option.
This step is particularly important. If this option remains unchecked, search filters do not apply.

Add one or multiple of the following Search filters component to the Search block:
- Filter
- Period filter
- Tree filter
- Language selector
- Selected filters
