ADMIN and USERS_ADMIN users can download user information directly in the Manage users interface.

Selecting Download xlsx generates an XLSX file named ft-users-{current-datetime}.xlsx, which users can open with a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.

{current-datetime} is the date and time of download in ISO format. For example, ft-users-2025-02-24T15_42_36.xlsx.

The file includes the following information for each user:

The filters in the Manage users menu apply to the export. The file contains only the filtered users.

Since user data is sensitive, Fluid Topics records the download in an audit trail.

Example

The following example shows a scenario where an administrator filters on only the internal realm accounts before downloading:
