It is possible to assign default roles to users as follows:

In the Manage users administration interface, select the Edit default roles button to open the Default roles drawer.

Select one or more roles to assign to all unauthenticated users, or to all authenticated users by default.

Select Save.

OFFLINE_USERrole is only available if Offline mode is active for the portal. - It is not possible to assign administrative roles (
