If a user has lost their multi-factor authentication device, it is possible to reset their multi-factor authentication token, as follows:

  1. Go to the Manage users tab in the Manage users section of the Administration menu.
  2. Select the pencil icon in the row corresponding to the user to open a drawer with their information.
  3. In the Authentication section, under Multi-factor authentication (MFA), select Reset MFA.
  4. Confirm by selecting Reset MFA in the dialog box.

After confirmation, the user receives an e-mail with a link valid for 24 hours to reset multi-factor authentication.

The reset link is only valid for one reset.
