In the Offline administration interface, ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can activate and configure the Fluid Topics Progressive Web Application manifest, which allows users to install the Fluid Topics portal as a full-fledge application on their device.
It is recommended to configure the manifest as follows:

Name the application.

Choose display properties.

Define a set of browser icons.
