It is possible to add localized titles and taglines to greet users as follows:

In the Homepage administration interface, select the Presentation tab.

In the Homepage introduction section, select the pencil icon for the language to be configured.

Define a title and a tagline.

Select the check mark in the Homepage introduction section.

Select Save in the Homepage administration interface.
Taglines are only visible when there is a title. If the Homepage title field remains empty, the Homepage tagline is not displayed.
Select Preview in the Homepage administration interface to see how the introduction is rendered before saving.
