The splash screen appears in the browser window while the application is loading, as in the following example:
In the Splash screen section of the General administration interface, it is possible to configure a portal's splash screen as follows:

Select Upload image to add a new image or Replace to override an existing one.

Select a static (JPG, PNG) or animated image (GIF) available locally.

Select Save.
The recommended image size is less than 500 KB.
