In the Confidentiality interface, users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can:
- Add a custom watermark to structured documents and PDF publications.
- Disable the possibility to add a topic to a personal book or a shared personal books.
To upload a PDF publication to a Fluid Topics portal, see Publish unstructured content.
It is not possible to watermark PDF documents protected against copy or by a password.
