For each asset, a shortcut menu with the following options is available:
-
Edit
-
Copy URL
-
Delete
Deleting an asset breaks any links to it configured in other administration interfaces.
Copying an asset's URL can be useful when configuring a background image in the Content styles editor.
Selecting an asset (or selecting the Edit option in the shortcut menu) displays the following information:
-
Its name (can be modified).
-
Only for images: Its alternative text (can be modified).
-
Only for portals with mandatory authentication: a toggle to make the asset available to everyone, or only to authenticated users.
-
Its filename.
-
Its URL (cannot be modified).
-
The date of creation, and who created it.
-
The date of last modification, and who modified it.
-
Its type as a MIME type.
-
Its size in kilobytes.
-
Only for images: Its dimensions in pixels.
Selecting Replace or dropping a new image file or font file anywhere on the screen replaces the image associated with the asset. To prevent links to the asset from breaking, its URL remains identical and cannot be changed.
