It is possible to configure who receives users' feedback by entering a comma-separated list of recipient email addresses in the Recipients section of the Feedback administration interface.
Without an email address set in the Recipients field, Fluid Topics cannot send feedback emails.
For functional reasons, email addresses used for feedback emails are publicly available. It is therefore recommended to use email aliases.
