Selecting a link in the History table, or in the Queue, allows authorized users to:

  • Stop a job when it is running.
  • Retry a job after it has been stopped, or after it has finished.
  • When retrying a job, the processing takes into account the current configuration of the portal. For example, it can be useful to retry a job after making some changes to the DITA-OT of the portal.
  • It is possible to retry a job for seven days after it has been stopped, or after it has finished. Retrying a job renews the ability to retry for another seven days.

It is not possible to stop a reprocessing job once it has begun.

Users can also see the following information:

  • The name of the archive or attachment, or an indication that the job was a reprocess job.

  • The ID of the upload with a button to copy it to the clipboard.

  • The duration for which the job has been running.

  • The display name of the user who uploaded the archive.

  • For each variant of the publication:

    • Its processing status.

    • Its title. Selecting the title opens the variant in the Reader page or Viewer page.

    • Its originId.

    • An expander arrow to open a publication log for the variant.

  • Logs with time-stamped messages about possible errors, warnings, and information about the processing.
