Selecting a link in the History table, or in the Queue, allows authorized users to:
- Stop a job when it is running.
- Retry a job after it has been stopped, or after it has finished.
- When retrying a job, the processing takes into account the current configuration of the portal. For example, it can be useful to retry a job after making some changes to the DITA-OT of the portal.
- It is possible to retry a job for seven days after it has been stopped, or after it has finished. Retrying a job renews the ability to retry for another seven days.
It is not possible to stop a reprocessing job once it has begun.
Users can also see the following information:

The name of the archive or attachment, or an indication that the job was a reprocess job.

The ID of the upload with a button to copy it to the clipboard.

The duration for which the job has been running.

The display name of the user who uploaded the archive.

For each variant of the publication:

Its processing status.

Its title. Selecting the title opens the variant in the Reader page or Viewer page.

Its
originId. -
An expander arrow to open a publication log for the variant.

Logs with time-stamped messages about possible errors, warnings, and information about the processing.
