Jobs in the Queue belong to one of the following categories:

Jobs that add, modify, or delete content.
These jobs are called Publication or Deletion for documents, and Attachments for attachments.

Jobs that reprocess content.
An administrator launches these jobs by using the Enrich and Clean feature, when configuring metadata, modifying content access rights, or using the Reprocess content web service.

Semantic search indexation.
Semantic search indexation enables AI features, such as the Chatbot.
Each ongoing job in the Queue has a card with the following information:
- The name of the archive or attachment, or an indication that a reprocess or indexation job is underway.
- The date and time the job began.
- The status of the job (Waiting or Running).
- If the status of the job is Running, the amount of time the job has spent in the queue so far.
Selecting a card in the Queue opens a full report with real-time information about the ongoing job. Users can see all documents in the job under Publications. Users can filter publications by the following statuses:
- Done: The processing succeeded, and it found no error in the content.
- Failed: The processing found an error in the content which prevented the publication of the document.
- Warning: The processing found an error in the content which did not prevent the publication of the document.
- Waiting: The processing of the archive is pending.
- Stopped: An
ADMIN,KHUB_ADMIN, orCONTENT_PUBLISHERstopped the processing.
The time displayed in the job queue and reporting is based on the user's local time zone. The jobs' date and time saved by the server are based on UTC.
