Jobs in the Queue belong to one of the following categories:

Each ongoing job in the Queue has a card with the following information:

  • The name of the archive or map attachment, or an indication that a reprocess or indexation job is underway.

  • The date and time the job began.

  • The status of the job (Waiting or Running).

  • If the status of the job is Running, the amount of time the job has spent in the queue so far.

Selecting a card in the Queue opens a full report with real-time information about the ongoing job. Users can see all documents in the job under Publications. Users can filter publications by the following statuses:

  • Done: The processing succeeded, and it found no error in the content.

  • Failed: The processing found an error in the content which prevented the publication of the document.

  • Warning: The processing found an error in the content which did not prevent the publication of the document.

  • Waiting: The processing of the archive is pending.

  • Stopped: An ADMIN, KHUB_ADMIN, or CONTENT_PUBLISHER stopped the processing.
