Throughout the content lifecycle, authorized administrators can use the Metadata journal to manage content as follows:

  • Check when a document was last processed.
  • See the content's metadata.
  • Retrieve the content's ID.
  • Determine the source through which the content was published.
  • Check a document's metadata before deleting it.
  • View the publication report.

It is possible to access the Metadata journal by:

  • Expanding the Title bar in the Reader page or Viewer page, and selecting View all metadata
  • Selecting View all metadata or Topic metadata in the Topic shortcut menu
