The History section begins with the following tools to find a specific job report based on one or several of the following criteria:
-
A search bar to search for jobs by upload name, source, user name, or type.
-
A date picker to view only jobs for a specific date.
-
A menu to view only jobs with a given status.
Each line in the History table contains the following information:
-
A link leading to a full report, including details about errors if any occurred.
-
The status of the job.
-
The date and time the job was launched.
-
The name of the archive.
-
The duration of the processing time and the total time of publication (from upload to publication).
-
The number of files processed correctly.
-
The name of the source through which content was published.
-
The name of the user who launched the job.
-
The job type.
When using the Upload content web service, if the request includes a publisher
query string parameter, its value appears in the User column of the History table. Both the publisher
value and the API key name also appear in the job report.
