For topic templates, reference the document's metadata with the document. prefix. For example, start the topic template with the document's pretty URL (if available) at the beginning of the topic's pretty URL:

{document.ft:prettyUrl}

It is also possible to reference all parent topics and the current topic by using {parents-and-self.$metadata}. $metadata is any metadata key.

For example, with {parents-and-self.ft:title}, the pretty URL contains the topic's breadcrumb. For example:

https://doc.fluidtopics.com/r/Fluid-Topics-Configuration-and-Administration-Guide/Configure-a-Fluid-Topics-tenant

If two or more topics within the same book share the same pretty URL, Fluid Topics adds the tocId value of the topic to its URL. For example:

https://doc.fluidtopics.com/r/Fluid-Topics-Configuration-and-Administration-Guide?tocId=F7CSvONYRQv6tlDCyPbugA
