To use a browser's search bar to run a Fluid Topics query, follow the procedure below:

  1. Go to the browser's settings.
  2. Select Search engine.
  3. Select Manage search engines and site search.
  4. In the Site search section, select Add.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Name: Fluid Topics
    • Shortcut: the desired keyword to run a query in the Fluid Topics portal. For example 'fluid'.
    • URL: the URL of the search query with %s as a placeholder for the search terms. For example https://doc.fluidtopics.com/search?query=%s.
  6. Select Save.

  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. In the Search Shortcuts section, select Add.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Search engine name: Fluid Topics
    • URL: the URL of the search query with %s as a placeholder for the search terms. For example https://doc.fluidtopics.com/search?query=%s.
    • Keyword: the desired keyword to run a query in the Fluid Topics portal. For example 'fluid'.
  5. Select Save.

To run a Fluid Topics query, type the keyword followed by the search query in the browser's search bar.
