In the User traffic page of the Analytics dashboard, authorized users can view the number of authenticated users who accessed the portal or a public API.
Navigation tips
When navigating the Document engagement page, it can be helpful to note the following information:
- Users are grouped by realm.
- Holding the pointer over a dot on the chart displays:
- The date.
- The number of active users and total users.
- The number of active users and total users by realm.
- It is possible to view data as a stacked graph or as a line graph.
- Active user includes any authenticated user with at least one interaction with the portal, regardless of what it is.
- In case of an integration using a Fluid Topics public API has been done, authenticated API calls count as active users.
- Total users represents the total number of users in the database.
