In the Countries page of the Analytics dashboard, authorized users can view information about users' locations throughout the world.
The Countries page is comprised of a map and a list of countries with the percentage of user they represent. Countries with no traffic are not listed.
- Traffic is based on the number of HTTP requests sent to the server by browsers or via the API.
- In the countries list and downloaded report, all countries representing less than 0.01% are shown as <0.01 %.
- Unknown queries are not shown on the map, as a result the total percentage on the countries map may not add up to 100%.
- Unknown queries and disproportionate amount of queries from a single country can be caused by users connected through an internal network, VPN, or proxy server.
- Country attribution relies on IP geolocation providers, and may not always reflect the exact origin of requests due to differences in provider data. This data is for informational use only, and should not be relied upon for security or forensic purposes.
