In the API calls evolution section, authorized users can view the breakdown of number of API calls made to Fluid Topics public web services (including calls from custom portal configuration) according to each calling app.
When navigating the API calls evolution page, it can be helpful to note the following information:
- Holding the pointer over a bar displays the exact number of API calls according to the calling app.
- Selecting a bar displays the corresponding API calls detail.
- By default, Fluid Topics groups API call analytics by month. Options are available to group data by week or day.
The side panel displays the calling apps (maximum of twenty) with the most calls over the data retention period. The list refreshes every two hours.
- To ensure that the calling app is correctly identified, configure the Fluid Topics calling app.
- It is possible to filter data by selecting one or multiple calling apps in the Filter calling apps side panel.
