In the Content usage page of the Analytics dashboard, authorized users can configure heatmaps that compare the popularity of different kinds of content during a period of time based on document metadata.
The sum of the views indicated in the different sections of a content usage heatmap can seem higher than expected because some documents can have multiple values for the same metadata key.
