Before creating a content package, it is necessary to perform the following actions:

1. Enable Collections. Since the Collections feature is not enabled by default, an ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN user must manually activate the toggle switch in the Feature toggles administration interface. If the Collections feature is not enabled, it will be impossible to create content packages.

2. Create an API key in the API Keys administration interface. It is necessary to have the ADMIN role to perform this action. Name the API key content-packager and assign it the following roles:

   • KHUB_ADMIN role (to access documents uploaded to the Knowledge Hub).
   • USERS_ADMIN role (to access collections).
