Upload the XML publishing profiles - Fluid Topics - Latest

For Author-it to export content in a format that Fluid Topics can ingest, it is necessary to import the Author-it Objects - Fluid Topics Publishing Profiles.xml file in Author-it.

1. Select the Attachments button, and download the Author-it Objects - Fluid Topics Publishing Profiles.xml file.

   This file contains the following items:

   • Two preset publishing profiles:

     • Fluid Topics (for the manual export and upload methods).
     • Fluid Topics - with upload (for the direct export and upload methods).

   • Two variables used for the direct export and upload method:

     • <FLUIDTOPICS_URL>
     • <FLUIDTOPICS_source>

2. Open Author-it.

3. Select the XML option in the Import tab of Author-it.
4. Use the file browser to select the file.
5. If the import wizard asks whether to create variables or new folders, select Yes.
