By default, Fluid Topics generates portal addresses with the following format: https://CUSTOMERNAME.fluidtopics.net

It is possible to customize a URL by creating a CNAME DNS entry.

To set up a DNS, go through the following steps:

  1. Purchase a domain name from a domain registrar.
  2. Configure the DNS records to reference the server(s) hosting Fluid Topics.
