A tenant is an entity whose name is defined in one of the following ways:
- By combining a service ID and a status. For example, a tenant named 70XXX - beta draws its name from the service ID 70XXX and the fact that the status of its portal is beta.
- By using the tenant ID, which is more human-friendly as it can be the name of a company.
Fluid Topics supports multitenancy, as illustrated in the following image:
It is possible to create an unlimited number of tenants.
