On every server with Antidot products installed, an afs7.info file is generated.
The afs7.info file contains information regarding the server's configuration such as:

Server name

System uptime
-
Network configuration
-
Hardware configuration (processor, memory)
-
System configuration (Operating System, version, limits, etc.)
The file is plain text and describes the command runs to collect information.
The afs7.info file is located here:
/usr/local/afs7/setup/afs7.info
It is necessary to provide this file for any request to Antidot support.
afs7.info file is automatically generated each time Antidot products are updated.
If the server is modified between two updates, the afs7.info file can be manually generated using the following script:
