Backup DITA-OT directory - Fluid Topics - 4.2

The DITA Open Toolkit, or DITA-OT for short, is a set of Java-based, open-source tools that provide processing for DITA maps and topic content.

Create a copy of the appropriate DITA-OT directory by running the following command:

As root user

cp -r /usr/local/afs7/Fluid-Topics/$DITA_OT_VERSION /usr/local/afs7/Fluid-Topics/$MY_DITA_OT

Where

• $DITA_OT_VERSION is the name and version of the Dita-OT directory present in the Fluid Topics server, as in the following examples:

  • DITA-OT-1.8

  • DITA-OT-2.1

  • DITA-OT-3.6

• $MY_DITA_OT is the name of the DITA-OT directory to modify.
