Users with the RATING_USER role can rate a topic as follows:
Rating for topics is only available if an administrator has activated it for a portal.
- Open a document in the Reader page and scroll to the topic to be rated.
- Select the Rate this content option as follows:
- Submit a rating.
- Add feedback about how to improve the topic (optional).
- Select More options to format the feedback message and/or add an attachment (optional).
