- Enter synonyms for the generic term in the same row, with one synonym per column.
- In row 3, enter a specific term related to the generic term.
- Enter synonyms for the specific term in the same row, with one synonym per column.
- Continue developing the taxonomy with generic and specific terms and their synonyms as in the following example:
