Buttons in the Personal book cover page allow authorized users to export a Personal book as follows:
The introduction of the Title bar, Cover page, Document shortcut menu, Topic shortcut menu, and Switch to relatives feature significantly changes the appearance of the Reader page. These changes require configuration by an administrator. If this condition is not met, the Reader page will keep its legacy appearance. Information about navigating the legacy Reader page is available in previous versions of this document.
- Users with the PDF_EXPORT_USER role can export a Personal book to PDF.
- Users with the HTML_EXPORT_USER role can export a Personal book to HTML. It is also possible for an administrator to make this feature available to all users by selecting a checkbox in the Reader page administration interface.
The more topics a Personal book contains, the more time it takes to generate a full version of it.
