Fluid Topics displays unstructured documents and resources in the Viewer page, where users can perform the following actions:
- Use the back button to return to the Search page.
- View the title of the document.
- View one or more static metadata tags.
- Access options to interact with the document. The options available depend on the portal's configuration.
- Access a document shortcut menu. The options available depend on the portal's configuration.
The Viewer page will either display a preview of an unstructured document or prompt users to download it depending on its format and on the web browser.
