In order to access all Fluid Topics features, users need to create an account on the portal as follows:
- Select Sign up:
The registration form is displayed:
- Enter the following information:
- Full Name: enter a full name. It appears as the account's user name in the Back Office
- Email: enter the email address that will be used to confirm the creation of the user account.
This email address allows the user to log in to Fluid Topics.
- Password: enter a password according to the stated requirements.
It is possible to display the password by selecting the Reveal password box.
Select Sign up to confirm the creation of the user account. Fluid Topics sends a confirmation email asking the user to select a link to activate the account. Select this link to sign in to Fluid Topics.
- In compliance with the OWASP Secure Software Development Lifecycle Requirement #2.1.3, passwords may contain spaces.
- In compliance with the OWASP Secure Software Development Lifecycle Requirement #2.1.11, Fluid Topics users can take advantage of login tools like browser password helpers and external password managers, and they can paste text in the password field.
- In compliance with the OWASP Secure Software Development Lifecycle Requirement #2.1.12, Fluid Topics users can choose to temporarily view their masked password.
