Sometimes, a user account needs to be deactivated for a given period, but information about the user must not be deleted.

To lock a user account:

  1. Select the pencil icon for the user in the table available in the Manage users administration interface.
  2. Select the Status toggle to lock/unlock the user's account.

    Users can be locked or unlocked with the status switch

  3. Select Save.

    The user is now locked. The user can no longer access Fluid Topics.

Locked users do not receive Alerts.
