By default, two ways of sorting search results are available on the Search page: by Relevance, or by Last update.

From Fluid Topics version 3.5.25, ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can define how sort criteria is used to calculate relevance and display search results.

In the Administration > Portal > Search page interface, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Advanced Settings.

The Relevance Sort section is displayed.

  2. Fill in the field with the proper criteria, e.g., ft:isPublication,ASC.

The ft:relevance criterion is likely to be required for correct results.

  3. Select Save.

All orders set directly for specific features in Fluid Topics remain unchanged, e.g., for Dynamic Suggestions or My Library assets.

If sort criteria are written incorrectly, this might cause an irrelevant order. Please get in touch with your Antidot contact to define the criteria that best suit your needs.
