The introduction of the Title bar, Cover page, Document shortcut menu and Topic shortcut menu significantly revamps the behavior of this feature for Fluid Topics version 3.8. These changes are currently only available to users with the BETA_USER role and require configuration by an administrator.

Users who do not have access to the changes can learn how to view metadata using the legacy method in the previous version of this document (Fluid Topics 3.7).

By expanding the Title bar in the Reader page and selecting View all metadata in the Administration section, users with the ADMIN or KHUB_ADMIN role can access the following information:

  1. The ID of the document.
  2. The name and ID of the source used to upload the document.
  3. The date when the document was last uploaded.
  4. Built-in metadata which has been automatically generated.
  5. Custom metadata which an administrator has added.

- A View all metadata button is also available in the Administration section of the Document shortcut menu in the Cover page.
