A Metadata journal is available for the following types of content:
Only users with the ADMIN and/or KHUB_ADMIN role can access a document's or topic's Metadata journal.
Consulting the Metadata journal can be helpful in the following ways:
- Check when a document was last processed.
- View the content's Pretty URL.
- Retrieve the document's ID.
- Determine the source through which the content was published.
- Verify a document's metadata before deleting it.
