Error messages signal that a problem has occurred and point to possible causes.

While a PaF is running, error messages appear in the Activity Details Logs screen of the Back Office as in the following example:

Where:

  1. info Box to check in order to display all Information messages that appear during PaF execution. It is checked by default.

    Information messages contain information pertaining to proper PaF execution.

  2. warning Box to check in order to display all Warning messages that appear during PaF execution. It is checked by default.

    Warning messages indicate a slight error that does not threaten proper PaF execution.

  3. error Box to check in order to display all Error messages that appear during PaF execution. It is checked by default.

    Error messages indicate a filter error during PaF execution that needs support. It is usually signals KO documents. In case of such an error, the PaF keeps running until it ends.

  4. fatal Box to check in order to display all Fatal Error messages that appear during PaF execution. It is checked by default.

    Fatal Error messages indicate a fatal error that stops PaF execution and demands immediate attention.

It is possible to modify the Details Level of the Logs using the cursor at the right of the menu.
