After logging in to a Fluid Topics account with SSO, users may be disconnected after a certain amount of time. An HTTP 500 (internal server error) message appears informing the user that the authentication issue instant is too old or in the future.
Impact on users
The issue might launch an Out of Memory (oomkill) process and destabilize the entire platform. However, there is no impact on end-users.
Possible root cause
This issue might occur when the maxAuthenticationLifetime parameter is configured incorrectly.
Solution
Use one of the recommended values to configure the maxAuthenticationLifetime parameter.
