This step is only to be followed if the Identity Provider was not able to generate its own metadata file and a Temporary Metadata file had to be used.
As soon as the Identity Provider is able to provide its metadata file, the temporary file must be replaced by the one provided by the real Identity Provider metadata file.
If the Identity Provider is definitely unable to provide its metadata file, the following mandatory values (relative to the Identity Provider) have to be replaced in the temporary file.
