The different ways to modify a vocabulary in the Vocabularies interface are as follows:
- Select the Download button to download the existing file. Modify the file as desired, then select the Upload button to replace the existing version of the file with the new version.
- Replace the existing file directly by selecting the Upload button and selecting a new file from those available locally.
- Select the Reprocess button to apply all modifications.
Reprocessing can take a considerable amount of time if a lot of content has been published to the portal. Any content a user uploads while a reprocess job is underway is queued and processed after the reprocess job is complete.
