By default, the following sources are available on all new tenants:
- Author-it
- DITA
- Unstructured documents
- FTML (for HTML content)
- Microsoft Word
- MadCap Flare
- Adobe FrameMaker
The Word, Flare, and FrameMaker sources are only available by default if the corresponding connectors were activated in the tenant's conf.json file before completing the tenant's installation. If one or more of these sources is not present, an administrator must first activate the connector to make it available for configuration in the Manage sources administration interface.
