Users with the RATING_USER role can rate a document as follows:
- Open a document in the Reader page.
- Select the Rate this document option (available in the Title bar or the Title pane depending on the portal's configuration).
- Submit a rating.
- Add feedback about how to improve the document (optional).
- Select More options to format the feedback message and/or add an attachment (optional).
